PicFX needs camera access. Open Settings → PicFX and turn on Camera. If it's already on, close any other app that might be using the camera — only one app can use it at a time — then reopen PicFX.

After you shoot, PicFX shows the result so you can review it first. Nothing is saved until you tap Save, which writes it to your device's Photos library. PicFX keeps no copy of its own.

Saving needs permission to add to your photo library. Open Settings → PicFX → Photos and choose Add Photos Only or Full Access. Also check you have free storage on the device.

PicFX needs microphone access to record audio. Open Settings → PicFX and turn on Microphone. If a phone call or another app is using the microphone, recording continues silently.

Select a look, then use the slider above the shutter to set its strength. For Color Pop, that slider becomes a colour spectrum — drag it to choose which colour stays while everything else turns black & white.

Open Settings in the app and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the purchase. If ads persist after restoring, email us with your purchase receipt and we'll sort it out.

Remove Ads is a one-time purchase tied to your Apple ID and restores for free. Sign in with the same Apple ID, open Settings in PicFX and tap Restore Purchases.

Purchases are handled by Apple, so refunds go through them. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, and choose the purchase you'd like refunded.

Yes. Open Settings in the app and pick a language, or leave it set to follow your device. PicFX is available in 16 languages.

No. Every filter and edit runs on your device, and your photos and videos are never sent to us or anyone else. There are no accounts. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail.
